Lake House Cottage – Remodel & Addition

This project is a renovation and addition to an existing single story house with lake access. Half of the project scope was to update the exteriors so the house exemplified its roots in the lake-lifestyle neighborhood of Merchants Plat. The other half was to update the interior of the house and tie it into the addition so that the kitchen & living room become the focal point of this 1,250 square foot cottage.
